12 year old sets up murder support group

Joseph Taylor from the Wirral talks to Heart about setting up O.L.L.Y.

After his mum was killed, Joseph, 12 has set up 'Our Lost Loved Years' for kids who's parents or grandparents have been killed.

Chantelle Taylor was murdered in Birkenhead back in 2004,

Talking to Heart, Joseph said : "It's so I can talk to them and understand how they feel.

"It's hard to just talk to someone at school and talk about it, I can't do it, I have to talk to someone who's been through it."

Jospeph's grandmother Jean Taylor runs Families Fighting for Justice which is calling for longer prison sentences for convicted murderers:  "It makes me feel very proud and I'm sure as his mother's looking down, looking down very proud."

Families Fighting for Justice are marching in London again on Saturday 25 September calling for the government to increase sentences for people convicted of murder.
