Man charged with Liverpool murder

Police have charged a man with murder after a 53-year-old was found collapsed in the street in Liverpool

David Skelly known as Gary died in Norris Green on Tuesday night around 2200.

21-year-old James Lee of no fixed abode will appear at Liverpool City Magistrates on Monday morning.
