Memorial held for road crash victims

A memorial service to remember those who have been killed in road crashes will take place on Tuesday - on the 13th anniversary of the death of Princess Diana.

The event takes place outside Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral at 14.00.

It will also be attended by dignitaries, representatives of the emergency services and others who deal with road crashes and support road crash victims.

Following the remembrance, relatives of victims of road crashes will release doves in memory of those who have lost their lives.
