Tributes paid to Wirral cyclist

The family of a cyclist who died in Wallasey on Sunday after colliding with a car have paid tribute to him.

Matthew Chapman from Upton grew up in Wallasey and died near to the exit on Leasowe Road around 4.10pm.

The 28 year old loved fishing, golf and driving and his family say he is deeply missed.

A tribute read:

"He is deeply missed by his partner Rebecca, his mum Patricia, his dad Robert and his brother David."
