Cambridgeshire Police have told Heart they're appealing for information after a 17 year-old boy from Burwell has been attacked outside a petrol station in Fordham Road, Soham.
Detectives say the incident took place between 7.40pm and 7.55pm on Sunday (Nov 23) as the victim was outside the station with his girlfriend.
Offenders pulled up in a dark Fiat Punto before the driver and front passenger got out. The driver started questioning the victim and punched him to the face, causing minor injuries.
The passenger then produced a large knife and threated to stab the victim.
The driver is described as in his mid-20s, around six foot and stocky with dark hair and wearing a black hoody.
The front passenger is described as in his mid-20s, around 5’10” and stocky with blond hair and wearing an Adidas top and body-warmer.
A third man was in the back of the vehicle.
Detective Sergeant John Yore said:
"This was a frightening ordeal for the victim and his girlfriend. I would urge anyone who may have seen it happen or who has any information to contact me.”
