Peterborough Olympian Louis Smith MBE is touring schools in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
The aim of the visits is to continue the Olympic vision of 'inspiring a generation' by encouraging children and young people to participate in gymnastics and other sports.
The tour will give kids a chance to meet Louis face to face and ask him about his experiences as a gymnast and learn how he channelled his energy into focusing on his ambition.
Louis, who grew up in Eye in Peterborough, has three Olympic medals in gymnastics - a bronze from Beijing 2008 and a silver and bronze from London 2012.
