Compensation after thousands left without running water on Monday.
Up to 5,000 homes and businesses across East Cambridgeshire, affected by a burst water main earlier this week, are being compensated.
Anglian Water say they're writing to all customers who were left without water on Monday 22nd September.
The company say they're 'unreservedly sorry' after people couldn't get any water until midnight.
Those affected will now see £20 credit on their account.
Anglian Water are also asking the Parish Council to chose a local charity/cause for a £1,000 donation.
Everyone should get their letters either today or tomorrow, we're told.
