Man Badly Hurt In St Neots Crash

Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision between a pedestrian and a car in St Ives to come forward.

The incident happened at about 3am yesterday (Sunday Dec 7) on the bridge in Bridge Street.

The pedestrian, a 41 year-old man, suffered serious but not life threatening injuries.

The car, which was heading away from St Ives towards London Road, did not stop.

The vehicle's described as a silver hatchback, possibly a Vauxhall Astra.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who saw the collision and are appealing for the driver of the car to come forward.
