A man's in a serious condition after being stabbed in Peterborough on Friday night.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was stabbed in Peterborough on Friday (July 18).
Officers were called at 8pm to reports of an altercation in Eastfield Road, close to the Cavendish Pub.
A 20-year-old man from Peterborough was stabbed during the incident and was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital by air ambulance. His condition is currently described as serious but stable.
Det Insp Gary Etherington said: "We know the area was extremely busy at the time of the altercation and would like to hear from anyone who witnessed it or has information about those responsible.
"At this stage we are treating this as an isolated incident and are working to identify and trace those involved."
