Luton Man Denies Dunstable Murder
A 23 year old man has appeared at Luton Crown Court and pleaded not guilty to the murder of Paul Mondon in Dunstable.
Marc Allen, of High Street, Leagrave, Luton was told his trial will begin on May 4 next year at the same court.
He is charged with the murder of Mr. Mondon on October 9 this year in High Street South, Dunstable. The 47 year old father of three from Flitton, Beds, died from head injuries.
He also pleads not guilty to a charge of affray which is alleged to have taken place on the same night.
He was remanded in custody and there was no application for bail.
