Man Punched And Robbed In Northampton

Police are appealing for witnesses or information following a robbery on Sunday 3 April at around 2.30am.

The incident occurred on Cedar Road East when a 26 year old man was approached by three men who punched him and demanded his wallet and phone. The offenders ran off down the alleyway with Birchfield Road East.

One of the men who took part in the attack is described as being of dual heritage, 19-20 years old  5’10” tall and of slim build. He was wearing grey clothing and a dark blue beanie hat. A second man is described as black in his early 20s 6’3” tall and of stocky build he had short dark hair and dark clothing. There is no description of the third attacker.

The victim sustained minor injuries and nothing was taken.
