28 January 2015, 14:17
Police have updated their appeal for the public's help to find a vulnerable man who has been missing from Wolverton since Monday.
David Barlow, 29, was last seen by family at an address in Walnut Tree at 9.30am on Monday.
He is white, around 5ft7ins tall, slim, with short brown hair shaved on the side, cropped on top, with a brown beard.
Police now believe he may be wearing a navy blue River Island jacket, made from hoody-style material and with three light brown toggles down the front and silver poppers hidden underneath.
He's believed to be wearing a black zip cardigan with a white t-shirt underneath and blue jeans and work boots.
Police are concerned for his welfare due to his state of mind at the time he went missing.
Supt Olly Wright said:
"Officers are continuing to actively search for David, but, as we go into a second night, we are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare. I would ask anyone who sees a person matching David’s description to call 101 immediately, and David, if you see this appeal, please get in touch so that we know you are safe."
It is believed David may be in the Walnut Tree area or around the A5 heading towards South Dunstable.
He is thought to be on foot.
