Man Found Dead In Bedford Alleyway

Police are investigating after a man was found dead in an alleyway in Bedford.

Officers were called by the ambulance service to reports of the body in Spencer Road at 9:19am yesterday (17 Aug).

A police cordon has been set up in the area while officers try to find out the cause of death. A post mortem examination will take place in due course.

Officers are trying to find out the man's identity.
