Teen In Court After Daventry Murder

A 17 year old boy has appeared in court, charged with the murder of a teenager in Daventry.

17-year-old Stanley Harrison [pictured] was pronounced dead after Police were called to an address Lang Farm estate area of the town at about 3am on Saturday morning.

Detectives then arrested and questioned a youth, and said they were not looking for anyone else in connection with the inquiry.

Northants Police say a 17 year old from Daventry has since appeared at Northampton Magistrates Court.

He has been remanded into secure accommodation for two days.

He is due to appear at Northampton Crown Court on Wednesday for a bail hearing.
