Police release e-fit of a man after attack and robbery in Thanet

Police have given Heart an e-fit of a man they're looking for after a robbery that happened back in July.

The incident occurred between 11.20pm and 11.45pm on Monday, 12 July in High Street, Broadstairs.

It is reported that a 31-year-old man was with a friend when he was approached by a man who threatened him with a glass wine bottle and demanded money. The suspect made off with £5 in cash after hitting the 31-year-old with the bottle. The man suffered two broken teeth and facial injuries and was treated at the QEQM hospital.

The suspect is said to be a white male, aged between 25 and 28-years-old, around 6ft tall and of stocky build. He had short light brown hair.
