A campus for people living and working at the new Bridge development near Dartford has been officially opened.
It's part of the 264 acre site and includes a primary school, nursery, healthcare and social services facility, a sports hall, youth centre, library and the police.
The primary school welcomed its first students last September and they were involved in the ceremony on Tuesday.
The Bridge Development is next to the QE2 bridge which links Kent to Essex and has been partly designed by Wayne Hemingway.
It's thought the area could create up to 7,500 jobs and will eventually have 1500 homes. Planners have also included a network of footpaths and cycle routes along with public transport links to try and encourage people living there not to use a car.
The whole project is costing £500million and is due to be finished in
