Wedding Goes Ahead Despite Ash Cloud

A Kent couple have managed to have their dream wedding in Cyprus, despite the volcano ash cloud threatening to ruin their plans.

Jody Warner and Andrew Kerridge had spent two years organising their special day but their flight was cancelled when British airspace was closed last month due to a cloud of ash from an Icelandic volcano.

Jody's mum Cheryl Morley from Chatham got in touch with Heart to tell us their story.

She's been in contact again to say the couple and the rest of their family were able to finally fly six days late and tied the knot as they had planned.

She's sent us some pictures from their big day.
