A man has died after being hit by a falling tree in what police are calling an "industrial incident."
Police and ambulance crews were called to a location close to Painter's Forstal Road in Faversham, Kent, at 12.13pm on 18 January 2015.
An air ambulance and three ambulances were scrambled but attempts to revive the 52-year-old man were unsuccessful.

"The incident occurred at a location close to Painter's Forstal Road. Officers attended the scene along with South East Coast Ambulance Service.
"A 52-year-old man was later pronounced dead at the scene. Next of kin have been made aware and the Health and Safety Executive has been informed."
A Kent Police spokesman said that although the man was struck by a falling tree, the exact cause of death had not yet been determined and might have been as a result of medical complications.
He said that the full circumstances would be examined by a coroner and be subject to an inquest.
