M26; Tribute To Rider Who Died In Collision

This is the statement issued by Darren Rochford's family

Darren Rochford sadly passed away after a tragic motorcycle crash on Sunday 30th June 2013.

Darren was a loving partner, father, son and brother and a doting grandfather who will be greatly missed but always remembered by all those he touched during his life.

Those who knew Darren will know of his love of anything with an engine, particularly his beloved Mark I Escort which he lovingly restored to its former glory. In his memory his family and friends have organised a memorial run to JetSkiWorld in Cliftonville, Margate which will be held on the 18th of August leaving from Clackett Lane Services 'anti-clockwise' at 7:30am.

Darren's funeral will be held on the 19th of July at North East Surrey Crematorium, Lower Morden Lane, SM4 4NU at 4:40pm for those who wish to attend.

Darren's family would like to pass on their thanks for all the kind words and support they have received.
