A betting company has erected a 100ft statue of England boss, Roy Hodgson on the White Cliffs of Dover

Paddy Power says the effigy is visible from the French coastline, just 16 miles way and they hope it will unsettle the French team ahead of their Euro championship match with England on Monday.

Floor to forehead the height of the structure is 100ft

The width is 96ft

Weight  is 8 tons

The structure is made from 160 x 8ft x 4ft panels.  Each panel is comprised of 22ml HDF weighing 32kg a sheet

The build involved 96 hours of continuous printing
