Students have been helping to clean graffiti from Tovil near Maidstone as they carry out work in the community for free.
The 14-16 year-old's from Cornwallis and New Line Learning Academies have pledged to each do 50 hours of voluntary work in the area where they live as part of the Youth Community Action scheme.
The pictures show a group of students cleaning a wall in Brenchley Road which had become an eyesore to local residents after being covered in tags.
They helped to prepare the surfaces before it was painted over.
