Apple Bobbing and more

Here's what Neil and Charlie did to celebrate Halloween.

Apple Bobbing is always played at Halloween - but never like this, we got Producer Matt to phone Kent Trade Frames that’s based in Bobbing near Sittingbourne

You just need to listen and tell us how many types of Apples you can hear in this call to Bobbing

Apple Bobbing

How many do you think? Answer is at the bottom of the page.

Trick or True?

Here's some spooky Kent stories - do you think they are made up and a trick or are they true?

  • In Rochester Castle, many times the ghost of Lady Blanche de Warenne can be seen staggering in the Castle grounds with an arrow through her heart. She was killed in fighting at the Castle. And on Christmas Eve you can even see the ghost of Charles Dickens.

  • After dark, never spend long at Reculver Towers, where you can often hear the haunting sound of children crying, or a monk chanting, a woman singing or the sounds of galloping horses.

  • In November last year, 73 yr-old Doris Birch, complained about a 'groping ghost' that haunts her home in Herne Bay. She says the ghost keeps coming back, when she's in bed, it moves her duvet, shakes her mattress and has even thrown her duvet across her bedroom.

The Apple Bobbing answer was 12 types which were -

BRAMLEY, COOKING, GALA, JAZZ, PINK LADY, COX, GOLDEN DELICIOUS, RUSSET, JONAGOLD, BRABURN, GRANNY SMITH and FUJI

Happy Halloween
