RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.heart.co.uk apply to “Pun for the Road” radio competition ("the Competition"). The "Radio Station" is Heart Radio, Kent.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1)       Details of the Competition

1.1                 To enter the Competition an Entrant must text in a suggestion for a pun relating to the news story given by the presenter.

1.2                 The presenter will say on air when to text the show, the winner will be announced before 7am.

1.3                 The entrant must text ‘Kent’ and their suggestion to 8 21 22

1.4                 The winning entry will be chosen by the Heart Breakfast team. They will choose their favourite based on  it’s creativity, amusement and how well it relates to the news story given.

1.5     The winning entrant will be notified when they are brought to air

2)       Eligibility

2.1      Entrants must live in the UK to enter.

3)       Prize

3.1     The winning entry will win a Heart mug which will be posted directly from the Heart office in Kent to the winners address.
