£500,000 donations for charity runner

Donations for the charity of the runner who died during the London Marathon have reached half a million pounds.

People from around the world are sending money to Claire Squires JustGiving page. It is the most money the site has ever received in just one day.

The 30 year old fell to the ground metres from the finish line on Sunday.

Claire was supporting them because her mum has volunteered with the charity for more than 20 years.
