Tube managers say they intend to run as many Bakerloo Line trains as possible during a 24 hour strike.
Train drivers have walked out in defence of a driver who has been dismissed for a safety breach.
There is also a strike at one Northern Line depot, but London Underground says it plans to run trains as normal.
RMT union members walked out at 9pm on Friday.
