Black cab passenger killed in crash

A lorry driver's been arrested after a crash involving a black cab yesterday afternoon in Chiswick left the passenger dead.

Hundreds of drivers on the A4 were stuck in the delays for as long as five hours.

It's understood a lorry crossed the central reservation.
