Tony Blair and his wife Cherie triggered a fire alert when they tried to cook breakfast at their country home in Buckinghamshire on Saturday morning

Four fire engines were dispatched to the 17th-century South Pavilion in Wotton Underwood after they set off the alarm by burning their toast.

The alarm's triggered automatically because the building is grade one listed.
