Charge Over Football Death

Police investigating the death of a Wales football fan outside Wembley stadium - have charged a man with manslaughter.

44 year old Michael Dye was killed on Tuesday 6th September before the international side kicked off against England in a European qualifier.

A 41-year-old man was arrested last night, Friday 9 September in Worcestershire.

He's now been charged with manslaughter and is due to appear in court tomorrow (Monday).

Six men were arrested inside the ground (in the Wales supporters' area of the stadium) in connection with the inquiry have all been released without charge.
