Lorry Driver Charged After M25 Closure

A lorry driver has been charged after a section of the M25 had to be shut for ten hours.

A chemical spillage forced the closure of the motorway clockwise near Theydon Bois in Essex.

A 43 year old Bulgarian man is accused of endangering others while using a vehicle with an insecure load.

He is due in court on Monday.
