A 12 year old anteater at London Zoo is to be given a human companion to stop it bumping into things or getting stepped on by visitors.
Tammy is known for her friendly nature and fondness for frequenting public walkways in the rainforest exbibit at the zoo after hours.
But with naturally poor eyesight keepers say she tends to be a bit clumsy.
They want to avoid any accidents when they open up the zoo to visitors during late-night events over the summer.
