Union leaders are calling for an official investigation into maintenance on London Underground after days of disruption caused by checks on tube trains.
17 trains on the District Line have been taken out of service on Friday.
London Underground is accusing the RMT union of "scaremongering".
The RMT's filing a report to the Office of Rail Regulation claiming that London Underground is "cutting corners".
