Parliament Protestors Lose Court Battle

Boris Johnson has won a High Court order evicting peace protesters from Parliament Square.

The Mayor of London claims he's seeking to safeguard the rights of the majority to use and enjoy the gardens there.

But he says he doesn't want to minimise the vital importance of the right to free speech. 

The court still needs to decided whether to delay the eviction of the protesters.
