Police won't use water cannons at demos

The Met police tell London's Heart they won't use water cannons at future student protests.

There's another debate this afternoon in Westminster about plans to charge more for university.

Protesters have been demonstrating outside Scotland Yard and are also planning a protest for Parliament Square.
