A 19-year-old man has died in a crash in East London.
Emergency services were called to the A12 at Chadwell Heath at 22.15pm yesterday (Sunday 20 July) following reports a Vauxhall Corsa collided with barriers near to the Moby Dick junction.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. He is believed to have been the front seat passenger in the car.
A 21-year-old man, believed to have been the driver of the car, has been taken to hospital. He has been arrested and he remains at hospital. His condition is not thought to be serious.
A 20-year-old woman, believed to have been the rear seat passenger, was also taken to hospital where her condition is serious but not life-threatening.
