Tourist Dies after Bus Accident

A Spanish tourist has died in hospital after being hit by a bus in central London.

The 48-year-old woman, and her 2 children were all hit by the bus on Charing Cross Road on Sunday afternoon.

Her 18 year old daughter,  remains in a serious but stable condition, and her 11 year old son, is in a stable condition.

The woman's husband was with them at the time of the incident but was uninjured.

Police say the driver of the bus spoke to officers at the scene of the collision and no arrest has been made.
