Virgin pilots call off strike threat

Pilots at Virgin Atlantic have called off their threat of strike action.

Pilots union Balpa says it has "now secured an offer" from the airline and this will put to members in a ballot.

It could have disrupted thousands of Londoners across the summer flying from Gatwick and Heathrow.
