Heart London: Heart's Secret Stage With Michael Buble

Terms and conditions for the on air competition starting Monday 10 June until Friday 21 June 2013.

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘Heart’s Secret Stage with Michael Buble” ticket giveaway radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 10th June to Friday 21st June 2013 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart London
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Listen to Heart London between 6am – 9am and 4pm – 7pm. An anagram of a Michael Bublé song title will be given out by the presenter(s) on-air. Listeners will need to solve the anagram to reveal the song title.

When the cue to enter is given by the presenter(s) on-air, send a text message with the word “STAGE” and their answer to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). The text message system will not recognise any other format of the keyword.

 

Text messages will be charged at £1.00 plus one standard rate message. 

 

The Text Message Line will open and close as directed by the presenter(s) on-air. If listeners text after the closing time they will not be entered but may still be charged. Global Radio is not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of your text message to us.

 

  1. Once the text lines have closed one winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries and called back.  A call will be recorded with the winner and played out on air.
  2. All winners will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and a call will be recorded with the presenter(s) and played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone, are driving, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.
  3. You can enter each round of the competition a maximum of 3 times.    We strongly advise against excessive use.

Prize:

  1. Each competition round will be for entry for 2 to ‘Heart’s Secret Stage with Michael Buble’ at a West London location on Sunday June 23rd 2013. (38 pairs of tickets in total will be given away on-air during this campaign)
  2. 9.    The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that Michael Buble does not perform on the date specified for any reason, Global radio does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

  2. Listeners will be asked to answer a question and register their details to be entered into the draw to win
  3. The winner will be notified by email/phone call at a later date to confirm details

Eligibility:

  1. Listeners must be 18 years or over
  2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

  1. A winner and their guest will get entry into Heart’s Secret Stage with Michael Buble at a West London location on Sunday June 23rd 2013.
