The icon turned down James Bond and Superman roles

Clint Eastwood has revealed that he was offered James Bond and Superman roles but he turned them down.

The actor has said he prefers movies that reflect reality and he didn't see himself as a spy or a superhero.

He was asked to play James Bond in the late 60s, right after Sean Connery had played the iconic secret services agent, but the role didn't "feel right".
