Berry hints at no Franklin role

Halle Berry doubts she'll land the role

The Oscar winner has hinted that she will not play Aretha Franklin in a biopic of the soul diva's life, as she can't sing.

During an interview at the Golden Globes, Berry said: "If I could carry a tune, I'd consider it. Someone should tell Aretha that I can't do her justice."

However, Franklin is keen to have the actress portray her.
