Aguilera works on Halloween instead of partying and nets $1m

There was no trick or treating for Christina this Halloween as the singer performed at a private party.

However it may not have been that bad after all as Aguilera is said to have earned a whopping $1 million (about £670,000) for an hour's work.

The newly separated mother of one sang at a party in San Diego, California, hosted by investment banker Charles Brandes.
