Fergie crowned woman of the year

The Black Eyed Peas singer wins Woman Of The Year Award

Fergie has been crowned Woman Of The Year at the Billboard magazine awards. 

The star attended the Billboard Fifth Annual Women in Music Event and walked away with the top award.

Glee's Lea Michele won the Billboard’s First Triple Threat Award.

Fergie was overjoyed about her award, but said she was sad her mother coudn't attend the ceremony with her.
The singer said however that she will take Mum to the Superbowl to watch the Black Eyed Peas instead.
