The actor contracted malaria twice during visit to Sudan
George Clooney contracted malaria two times during his trips to Sudan.
The "Ocean Eleven" actor was visiting the African country as part of a United Nations and Google project when he was struck down with the virus the first time in December.
Clooney returned to Sudan three weeks ago, during the country's elections, and contracted malaria again.
A spokesperson for the star confirmed that George has made a full recovery.
