Katie Holmes: Suri could be a ballerina
Katie Holmes says her three-year-old daughter Suri is showing real promise as a ballerina.
The actress has revealed her little girl loves going to dance lessons and has already mastered a range of moves. Katie believes Suri is developing into a fantastic dancer and is one of the stars of her class.
“She loves ballet, and she’s great at it.”
When asked if Suri has good rhythm for a dancer of her age, Katie replied, “Oh yeah, she really does.”
Earlier this year, it was reported Katie and her husband Tom Cruise had splashed out on a series of lessons to help Suri hone her skills in a range of crafts from dance to acting.
She may not even have started school yet, but Suri is already believed to have a full timetable of classes. Along with ballet, tap-dancing and acting classes, she also has weekly French and Spanish tutoring sessions, along with violin and piano lessons.
Meanwhile, Katie has been discussing playing Jacqueline Kennedy in new television miniseries 'The Kennedys'.
The 31-year-old star was thrilled to be given the opportunity to play the US First Lady and fashion icon – and did everything she could to prepare for the role
"I did a lot of research," she said. "I watched everything that I could get my hands on and read everything I could get my hands on and just gave it my best shot."
