The popstar tried to ban old Neighbours episodes with no success

Australian TV executive Reg Grundy has revealed that pint sized singer Kylie tried to stop old episodes of Neighbours from being shown again on TV.

Kylie and the soap producers involved their lawyers to solve the situation but ultimately Kylie did not own the show tapes and could not stop them from being broadcasted.

Grundy said he understood that Kylie may feel a little embarrassed about it now she's an international star, but that her character Charlene Mitchell and Jason Donovan's Scott Robinson's wedding is still the most watched episode of the Australian soap.
