Lily Allen in miscarriage heartache
Singer Lily Allen was admitted to hospital with stomach pains but doctors couldn't save unborn baby
Allen was admitted to hospital on Thursday night, complaining of stomach pains.
Sadly doctors didn't manage to save her unborn baby and the singer suffered a miscarriage.
Lily was 6 months pregnant and her and boyfriend Sam Cooper were overjoyed at the prospect of becoming parents.
Allen also suffered a miscarriage in 2008 when she was expecting a child with then boyfriend Ed Simons, of dance band The Chemical Brothers.
The singer was supposed to sing at the Grey Goose Character & Cocktails: The Elton John AIDS Foundation Winter Ball 2010 in London, but had to pull out.
