Madonna being sued

Madonna is being sued over her new "Material Girl" clothing line.

A California clothing company says her fashion line for teenagers is using a name they've had since 1997.

The singer's fashion range went on sale in Macy's two weeks ago.

She started the line with daughter Lourdes, 13, but L.A Triumph Inc claims it has been using the trademark for over 10 years.
