The Saturdays perform at Poppy Appeal

The Saturdays perform at this year's Royal British Legion's 90th annual Poppy Appeal.

Yesterday The Saturdays performed at Colchester Garrison in front of a small crowd comprising friends and family of the British troops currently in Afghanistan.

The launch also featured a parachute display from the Royal British Legion's extreme human flight team, 'Jump4Heroes'.

The Royal British Legion is the nation's leading Armed Forces charity providing care and support to all members of the British Armed Forces past and present and their families.
