A man has been charged over the death of John Potts In Washington.
Gordon Robson is charged with manslaughter - He's due to appear in court later today.

Northumbria Police tell Heart they've now made two arrest after the launch of a murder investigation in Washington.
They can now name the man found outside the NE38 Sports Bar in Barmston as 45 year old John Potts from Sunderland.
A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently helping police with enquiries.
A 29-year-old man has also been arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in relation to this disturbance.
Acting Detective Chief Inspector Andy Fairlamb, from Northumbria Police's Major Crime Team, said: "We would once again appeal for any witnesses to come forward as this investigation continues.
"We have made two arrests in connection with it and enquiries are ongoing to trace those involved or anyone who may have witnessed the disturbance leading to the man's death.
"Anyone who thinks they may have information in relation to this incident, no matter how small, is urged to contact us as this may prove vital to the ongoing investigation."

Police were called to reports at 12.50am that a man had been assaulted outside NE38 Sports Bar, in Barmston.
A 45 year old man was found with a head injury and was treated at the scene where he was pronounced dead.
Northumbria Police tell Heart officers are currently in the area as investigations continue.
Acting Detective Chief Inspector Andy Fairlamb, from Northumbria Police's Major Crime Team, said:
"We're keen to hear from anyone with information in relation to this incident.
"We believe there has been a disturbance in the street involving a group of men prior to this man suffering fatal injuries.
I'd urge anyone who witnessed this or who may know those involved to come forward. At this stage it appears those involved
were known to each other. We have officers at the scene and surrounding area carrying out investigations.
Officers will also be patrolling throughout the morning to offer reassurance to residents."
