Brighton: New Course Record Set At Marathon

The 2014 Brighton Marathon took place on Sunday April 6th.

Paula Radcliffe was this year's celebrity starter and will got the event underway yesterday.

Defending champion .Kenya's Wilfrid Cherbor smashed the course record by more than a minute finishing in 2:09:25.

The course was slightly altered for 2014 making it less hilly.
