Three Arrested Over Horsham Stabbing

Police investigating a serious assault on 29-year old local man in the Pavilions leisure centre car park, Horsham, at 2.20am on Saturday 23 July, have arrested three men on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, and have released them on police bail whilst enquiries continue.

The victim, who was walking home from a nearby club in the town, suffered stab wounds to the body, serious head injuries consistent with punching and kicking, and arm and leg fractures, during the assault, He is still receiving treatment at East Surrey Hospital, Redhill.

The three men, aged 19, 20 and 22, and all from Horsham and were arrested late on Saturday evening and in the early hours of Sunday. They have been bailed until 6 October whilst police enquiries continue.
